The Wellmont Theater and the Montclair YMCA have teamed up to launch a new service for the Montclair community. Parents can drop off their children at The Geyer Family Branch for interactive childcare, so they can enjoy an evening out on the town dining, shopping, or catching a cool show at The Wellmont, without worrying about a babysitter. Children, from the ages of 6 months to 12 years old, will be engaged in a night of games, sport, and arts & crafts; so it’s a night out for the whole family!
We’re launching the childcare service for the weekends of the Montclair Film Festival, April 28th & 29th and May 5th & 6th, offered from 6pm to 11pm. The Wellmont and the Montclair YMCA hope to continue these services throughout the weekends in the summer. For current Geyer Family Branch members the cost for one child is $40, for non-members $50, and each additional child is $25.
